When your work out is too repetitive it is easy to bore yourself. Feeling bored during an exercise routine can be what prevents you from success. Turn things inside out and do your routine backward. When you keep your interest high in exercising, you will remain motivated. If exercise becomes something that you dread, it is likely you will lose interest and quit. Quitting makes it all that much harder to start exercising again.

Make sure that you reward yourself along the way. Rewards are wonderful motivators. You should make your special reward something that is of personal interest to you, such as a new blouse or a new sexy outfit. Be sure the reward is something that is easy to get and satisfying. This reward will help you stay motivated to lose weight.
